Pay by card right here. Stripe processes it securely; we never see your card number.
Paying buys estimates, never a different number.
Every estimate runs on the same market data in the same way, whether it's your first or your fiftieth. We don't buy or sell coaches, so we gain nothing from where your number lands. Your payment covers running the estimator. It doesn't put you on a call list.
Pricing questions
Do I need a subscription?
No. A single estimate is $9.99, and you pay it once. The monthly plan is for people who value coaches often: $29.99 a month for unlimited estimates.
How do I cancel the monthly plan?
From your dashboard, whenever you like. There's nobody to email or call.
What happens when I cancel?
You keep unlimited estimates until the end of the month you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't give partial refunds for the rest of a month.
What if a monthly payment fails?
Your access continues while your card is retried, and we'll email you. You can update your card from your dashboard. If the payment still can't go through, the plan ends.
Does a single estimate expire?
No. If you buy one and don't use it right away, it waits in your account.
Can I re-run my coach after changing a detail?
Yes. For 24 hours after a paid estimate, you can re-run the same coach (same year, converter, model, and slides) as often as you like at no charge, adjusting mileage, condition, or tires.
What if there isn't enough data for my coach?
If we can't find comparable coaches, you don't get an estimate and you aren't charged for one.
Does paying change my estimate?
No. Every estimate uses the same market data and the same method, whether you bought one estimate or you're on the monthly plan.
Can I get a refund?
Estimates are delivered the moment they run, so sales are final. If you were charged in error or charged twice, email support@faircoachvalue.com and we'll refund it.
How do I pay?
By card, on our checkout page. Stripe handles the payment, so your card number goes to them and never reaches us. Your receipts are in your dashboard.
