Terms of sale

Fair Coach Valuesells the use of its estimator. Each estimate is a data-driven market read of a Prevost coach, based on comparable listings and sales. It is not a certified appraisal and shouldn't be used as one. Confirm any decision with a professional inspection or appraisal.

Paying doesn't affect the result. Every estimate runs on the same data in the same way.

A single estimate is one payment for one estimate. If you don't use it right away, it stays in your account and doesn't expire.

Current prices are on the pricing page. A price change never affects an estimate you've already bought.

The monthly plan gives you unlimited estimates. It renews automatically: we charge the monthly price on the day you start and on the same day each month after, until you cancel.

You can cancel any time from your dashboard, online, without contacting us. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep unlimited estimates until the end of the month you've already paid for. We don't refund or pro-rate the rest of a month.

If a monthly payment fails, we retry it over the following days and email you, and you keep access while we do. You can update your card from your dashboard. If the payment still fails, the plan ends.

If we change the monthly price, the new price applies from your next renewal.

An estimate is used when it runs and returns a result. If we can't find comparable coaches and return no estimate, nothing is used.

For 24 hours after a paid estimate, re-running the same coach (same year, converter, model, and slides) is free. Deleting an estimate from your dashboard doesn't return it to your balance.

All sales are final. An estimate is delivered the moment it runs, so we don't offer refunds for change of mind, for unused single estimates, or for the unused part of a month on the monthly plan.

If you were charged in error or charged twice, email support@faircoachvalue.comand we'll refund the charge. Refunding a single-estimate purchase removes the estimate it added.

You pay by card on our checkout page. Payments are processed by Stripe: your card details go directly to Stripe, and we never see or store them. You get an emailed receipt for every charge, and your purchases are listed in your dashboard.

We sometimes send codes for free estimates. A code can be redeemed once per account, has no cash value, and may expire or be limited in how many times it can be used.

Your estimates are private to your account. We don't sell your data or pass it to brokers, and buying estimates doesn't put you on a call list.
